تهديكم مدارس درة الشرق العالمية أطيب التحايا، وتشعركم بأنه سيتم فتح باب حجز المقاعد لأبنائنا الطلبة المستجدين للعام الدراسي القادم (2024-2025) بدءاً من يوم الأحد الموافق 26/05/2024 م.
نرجو منكم مراعاة الإجراءات التالية:
- تعبئة نموذج التسجيل الإلكتروني لكل طالب على حدة (على الرابط التالي: من هنا) ولمعرفة طريقة تعبئة النموذج (يرجى الإطلاع على الفيديو التالي: من هنا).
- سيتم التواصل مع أولياء الأمور المسجلين على النموذج الإلكتروني تدريجياً بدءاً من يوم الأحد الموافق 26/05/2024 م وإلى نهاية العام الدراسي الحالي.
بعد التواصل معكم سيتطلب من ولي الأمر الحضور للمدرسة (دون إحضار الابناء) لسداد رسوم حجز المقعد بقيمة 1200 ريال غير شاملة الضريبة المضافة لدى قسم المحاسبة (رسوم الحجز غير مستردة إلا في حالة واحدة* ويتم حسمها من الدفعة الاولى لاحقاً).
* يتم استرداد مبلغ حجز المقعد في حالة عدم اجتياز اختبار القبول/المقابلة الشخصية.
- بعد سداد رسوم حجز المقعد سيتم التواصل معكم مرة أخرى خلال فترة التسجيل النهائية ( من تاريخ 14/07/2024 إلى تاريخ 04/08/2024) وذلك لاستكمال إجراءات عملية التسجيل (اختبار القبول – المقابلة الشخصية – ..إلخ) وإنهاء جميع المستندات اللازمة (عقد المدرسة – ملف الطالب – .. إلخ).
ملاحظة هامة: الرجاء عدم مراجعة المدرسة بعد تعبئة نموذج التسجيل الإلكتروني وإنتظار تواصلنا معكم، وذلك لانعقاد الاختبارات النهائية لطلاب المدرسة في الفترة الحالية و تفادياً للإزدحام بقسم التسجيل، حيث سيتم التواصل مع جميع أولياء الأمور المسجلين تدريجياً.

Dear Parent,
Warm greetings from Durat Al Sharq International Schools! We would like to inform you that the seats reservation for our new students for the upcoming academic year (2024-2025) will starts on Sunday, May 26, 2024.
Please follow the procedures below:
- Fill out the online registration form for each student individually (via the following link: here). For instructions on how to fill out the form, (please watch the following video: here).
- Registered parents on the online form will be contacted gradually starting from Sunday, May 26, 2024, until the end of the current academic year.
- After being contacted, the parent shall visit the school (without bringing the child/ren) to pay the seat reservation fee amount of 1200 SAR (excluding VAT) at the accounting department. (The reservation fee is non-refundable except in one case* and will be deducted from the first installment later).
- The reservation fee will be refunded if the event that the student fails the admission test/personal interview.
- After paying the seat reservation fee, we will contact you again later during the final registration period (from July 14, 2024, to August 4, 2024) to complete the registration process (admission test – personal interview – etc.) and accomplish all necessary documents (school contract – student file – etc.).
Important Note: Please do not visit the school after filling out the online registration form and wait for our contact. This is to avoid congestion in the registration department also not to disturb the currents students during their final exams.
